A security lanyard is a printed neck strap that says Security, so door staff and floor crew are obvious from across a room. It holds a photo ID, the same way a staff pass does. You can order the ones that already have the word on them, or send us how many you need and we will quote the job.

In short

  • Door and floor crew wear these so people can see who they are.
  • Printed Security already has the word on the fabric. If the logo has to match, full colour is the one to order.

At a club, a stadium or a conference, venues usually order these as a set. The strap is the same product. The wording is how the door tells roles apart.

How venues usually order

Most people start with Printed Security, because the word is already on the fabric, and that covers a lot of doors. If you would like your logo on the strap as well, order full colour and send us the artwork. We will send a proof before anything is printed.

If the pass includes a plastic card, we can put a holder on each lanyard. You can add plastic cards to the same order, or keep printing those in house. If you would like a clasp that comes apart when the strap is pulled, that is breakaway. Mention it when you place the order and we will add it.

If you only need a handful for a small crew, see small run lanyards. Price depends on how many you need and what you add. You will see it on the product, or ask us for a quote with how many you need and whether you would like holders included.
